Express Delivery Options
We understand the importance of timely deliveries and offer express shipping options to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

All standard shipping (except express) is free on all orders worldwide. Your orders are our priority, and we are committed to going the extra mile to make sure they arrive safely and promptly.
Additional Information
- Delivery Time: Includes both order preparation and shipping.
- Non-Operational Days: Deliveries are not prepared on weekends and German public holidays, nor delivered on Sundays and other holidays.
- Peak Seasons: During peak seasons, please expect an additional 1-2 days on top of the standard procedure. We appreciate your understanding during busy times.
- Shipping Costs: These apply to private customers for personal use only. Bulk and business orders may incur additional shipping charges.
Note: Due to the current situation in Ukraine, we are unable to ship orders to destinations in Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.
Customs
Please be aware that depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order. sluzzellin cannot accept liability for these charges. Refusal to pay such fees will result in the full cancellation of your order. Transportation and customs clearance costs associated with the cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Store Pickup
You can pick up your online order at our pickup locations. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout. We will send you a pickup notification email when your order is ready. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.
- Pickup Window: You have 4 business days from the date of the notification email to pick up your order. If you are unable to pick up your order within this time frame, please contact our Customer Service team to reschedule.
- Required for Pickup: Please bring your order number and a government-issued ID.
